Clarity is the entry tier with a 5-seat limit and no add-on seats. Once you need more than 5 people on the platform, you upgrade to Momentum which includes 20 seats and supports additional seats at $10 each per month. The team features that come with Momentum — pulse surveys, performance reviews, customer success — are also when more team capacity becomes useful.

Truly unlimited within fair use. There is no daily question cap, no monthly limit. We do enforce a 20-questions-per-minute rate limit to prevent automated abuse, but no human user runs into this. On Clarity, the limit is 15 questions per day, which is enough for most owners but signals upgrade for AI-engaged users.

Yes. Switch plans anytime. Upgrades are prorated — you pay the difference for the remainder of the current billing period. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. No fees for switching either direction.

Your data remains accessible while your account is active. After cancellation, your personal information and financial data are permanently deleted within 90 days, in line with our documented data retention policy. You can reactivate within that 90-day window with all your data intact. Some information may be retained longer if required by law (such as tax records, kept for 7 years).

No. The price you see is the price you pay. No setup fees, no implementation fees, no onboarding fees, no per-transaction fees on the platform itself. Standard payment processor fees from Stripe apply when collecting customer payments through the embedded billing — those are Stripe's fees, not ours.

Yes — the 13% discount is exclusive to annual billing. You commit to a year, pay once, and save the equivalent of about 47 days of service over the year. No mid-year refund if you cancel before the year is up, but unused months count toward your final invoice.
