Cookie Policy
Last Updated: September 10, 2026 Version: 1.2
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies Incremenza LLC uses, why we use them, and how you can control them. It covers incremenza.com and the Incremenza application.
1. The short version
We use a small number of cookies, and almost all of them are strictly necessary to make the Service work.
We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting cookies, session recording, heatmaps, or third-party analytics cookies. We do not use Google Analytics. We do not sell or share data collected through cookies.
Because we set no advertising or third-party tracking cookies, we do not show a cookie consent banner. If that changes, we will update this page and add consent controls before the change takes effect.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember things between page loads, such as whether you are signed in.
Cookies that are essential for a service to function do not require consent under European rules. Cookies used for advertising or third-party analytics generally do.
3. Every cookie we set
Strictly necessary cookies
These are required for the Service to operate. Without them, you cannot sign in or use the application securely.
| Cookie | What it does | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|
incremenza_session |
Keeps you signed in as you move between pages, and holds your session state | Expires after a period of inactivity |
XSRF-TOKEN |
Security token that verifies requests genuinely came from you, protecting against cross-site request forgery | Expires with your session |
remember_web_* |
Keeps you signed in between visits, set only if you choose "remember me" at sign-in | Up to 5 years, or until you sign out |
Functional cookies
These improve the experience but are not strictly required.
| Cookie | What it does | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|
incremenza_ref |
Records that you arrived through a partner or referral link, so the correct partner receives credit if you sign up | 30 days |
was_demo_visitor |
Remembers that you tried the product demo, so we can offer to pick up where you left off | 24 hours |
That is the complete list. We do not set any other cookies, and we do not permit third parties to set cookies through our website.
4. What we deliberately do not use
For clarity, because this question comes up in security and procurement reviews:
- No Google Analytics, and no other third-party website analytics
- No advertising or retargeting pixels, including from Google, Meta, or LinkedIn
- No session recording or heatmap tools
- No cross-site tracking of any kind
- No data broker or advertising network integrations
Product analytics inside the application
We do measure how the application is used, so we can improve it. This runs only inside the logged-in application, never on our public website, and it is hosted for us in the European Union, in Frankfurt, Germany.
What we record is limited to a user identifier, an account identifier, and which features were used. It is never used for advertising or shared with advertisers. Our Privacy Policy describes this in Section 8.
5. Similar technologies
Alongside cookies, your browser's local storage may hold small amounts of information needed for the application to function, such as interface preferences. This works like a cookie but is not transmitted with every request. It is cleared when you clear your browser data.
Emails we send may contain a small image that tells us whether the message was opened. If you prefer not to be measured this way, most email clients can be set to block remote images. If you use Incremenza to send email to your own customers, you control whether that measurement is enabled for your messages.
6. Managing cookies
In your browser. Every major browser lets you view, block, or delete cookies. Look under Settings, then Privacy. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in to Incremenza.
- Chrome: Settings, then Privacy and security, then Third-party cookies
- Safari: Settings, then Privacy
- Firefox: Settings, then Privacy and Security
- Edge: Settings, then Cookies and site permissions
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. We do not track you across sites, so these signals do not change our behavior. We honor them by design rather than by exception.
Referral cookie. If you would rather not have referral attribution recorded, clear the incremenza_ref cookie in your browser or visit the site without a referral link.
7. Changes to this policy
If we introduce a cookie that is not strictly necessary or functional, for example to measure the performance of advertising, we will update this page, describe the cookie here, and put appropriate consent controls in place before it is used.
Material changes will be communicated by email to account administrators or by notice within the application.
