What is Incremenza?
Incremenza is a complete system for running a more profitable business. It connects your financial data, customer relationships, team health, and strategic goals into one place — then surfaces what's hiding and gives you guided action. Built for small and medium businesses with 5–100 people.
How long does it take to set up Incremenza?
Most customers are up and running in under 5 minutes. You'll connect your Stripe, QuickBooks, and bank accounts using OAuth (no passwords required), and Incremenza will immediately start syncing your data. Your first dashboard will be ready as soon as the initial sync completes.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Incremenza is a web application that runs entirely in your browser. There's nothing to download or install. Just sign up, connect your accounts, and start using it.
What kind of businesses is Incremenza built for?
Incremenza is built for small and medium businesses with recurring revenue — agencies, consultancies, SaaS companies, gyms, subscription businesses, and any business with 5–100 people. If you want better visibility into your finances, customer health, and team performance, Incremenza is for you.
Can I use Incremenza if I'm not technical?
Absolutely. Incremenza is designed for business owners, not developers. If you can use Stripe and QuickBooks, you can use Incremenza. No coding or technical knowledge required.
Integrations
What integrations does Incremenza support?
Incremenza currently integrates with Stripe (billing), QuickBooks Online (accounting), Plaid (banking), Square (payments), and PayPal (payments). We're constantly adding new integrations based on customer feedback.
Does Incremenza work with QuickBooks Desktop?
Not yet. We currently support QuickBooks Online only. QuickBooks Desktop support is on our roadmap. If you need this, please let us know via the contact form.
Can Incremenza access my bank account?
Yes, but only with read-only access by default through Plaid. Incremenza can see your transactions and balances, but cannot move money, initiate transfers, or modify anything in your bank account.
What if I don't use Stripe?
Incremenza is optimized for Stripe users, but we also support Square and PayPal for payment processing. If you use a different billing system, contact us — we may be able to add support for it.
How often does Incremenza sync my data?
Incremenza syncs your data in real-time for Stripe events (new subscriptions, payments, cancellations). QuickBooks and banking data sync every 24 hours, or you can trigger a manual sync anytime from your dashboard.
Pricing & Trial
How much does Incremenza cost?
Incremenza offers three plans: Clarity at $79/month (5 seats), Momentum at $149/month (20 seats included, $10/seat for additional), and Command at $249/month (50 seats included, $8/seat for additional). All plans include a 30-day free trial.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No — no credit card is required at signup. You get full access for 30 days, then choose a plan to continue.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your chosen plan begins on Day 30. All your data is preserved. If your card fails, there's a 7-day grace period before your account is paused.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel from Settings at any time. Your data remains accessible until the end of your billing period, and your account is archived for 90 days in case you want to come back.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves you 13% and is available from Settings or at signup.
What are the seat limits on each plan?
Clarity includes 5 seats with no add-ons available. Momentum includes 20 seats with additional seats at $10/seat/month. Command includes 50 seats with additional seats at $8/seat/month.
Features
What metrics does Incremenza track?
Incremenza tracks MRR (monthly recurring revenue), churn rate, LTV (lifetime value), CAC (customer acquisition cost), burn rate, runway, cash flow, profit margins, and more. You can also create custom metrics and track objectives tied to your financial data.
How does customer health scoring work?
Incremenza analyzes multiple signals — payment history, subscription changes, support tickets, product usage (if integrated), and billing issues — to calculate a health score for each customer. When a customer's health drops, you'll get an alert so you can intervene before they churn.
Can Incremenza send invoices for me?
Yes. Incremenza can automate invoice generation and sending for both subscription and one-time charges. You can customize invoice templates, set up automatic reminders, and configure dunning sequences for failed payments.
What is the AI assistant?
My Advisor is Incremenza's AI assistant, available on all plans. On Clarity, you get 15 questions per day. On Momentum and Command, questions are unlimited. On Command, you can also train My Advisor on your company's own knowledge base for more tailored answers. Ask things like "Which customers are at risk of churning?" or "What was my profit margin last quarter?" and get instant answers based on your actual data.
Can I set up alerts for specific events?
Yes. You can set up custom alerts for things like: MRR drops below a threshold, a customer's health score drops, a payment fails, runway falls below X months, or any custom metric you define. Alerts can be sent via email or in-app notifications.
Security & Privacy
Is my financial data secure?
Yes. Incremenza uses bank-level encryption (TLS 1.3 in transit, AES-256 at rest), read-only API access, and OAuth authentication. We cannot move money or modify your financial records. See our Security page for full details.
Do you sell my data?
No. We never sell your financial data to third parties. We don't share it with advertisers, use it to train AI models for other companies, or aggregate it for market research. Your data is yours.
Can I export my data?
Yes. You can export all your data at any time in CSV or JSON format. This includes all your financial data, customer records, objectives, and any custom data you've added to Incremenza.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data remains accessible until the end of your billing period. After that, your account is archived (not deleted) for 90 days in case you want to reactivate. After 90 days, you can request permanent deletion of all your data.
Billing & Platform Fees
Does Incremenza charge any transaction fees or take a percentage of my revenue?
No. Incremenza charges a flat monthly subscription fee based on your plan. We don't take a percentage of your revenue, charge transaction fees, or add any fees on top of what you already pay to Stripe, QuickBooks, or your bank.
