End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Incremenza LLC ("Incremenza") for the use of the Incremenza software and services.

1. License Grant

Incremenza grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Incremenza software on your devices in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Restrictions

You are not permitted to:

• Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate or otherwise change the whole or any part of the Software.
• Decompile, disassemble or reverse engineer the Software.
• Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell or otherwise use the Software for any commercial purpose.

3. Termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or Incremenza. Incremenza may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement.
