These Partner Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your participation in the Incremenza Partner Program.
Tier 1 Referral Partners: 20% recurring commission for 12 months per referred customer, starting after a 60-day retention period. First-touch attribution applies.
Tier 2 Advisory Partners: 25% recurring commission indefinitely per managed client, starting after a 60-day retention period. Last-touch attribution applies.
Commissions become eligible after the referred or managed customer completes 60 consecutive days of paid subscription. Commissions are calculated monthly and paid on the 1st of each month, subject to a 50 USD minimum payout threshold.
Once a commission has been paid, it will not be reversed regardless of any subsequent changes to the customer relationship, partner tier, or program terms.
If an advisory partner ends their relationship with a managed client, commission on that client stops immediately. The client continues using Incremenza as a direct customer.
Light white-label (logo and custom domain) is included for Tier 2 advisory partners. The "Financial Intelligence by Incremenza" footer cannot be removed at this tier. Full brand removal is available as a paid upgrade.
Incremenza reserves the right to suspend or terminate partner accounts for violation of these terms, fraudulent referral activity, or systematic recommendation of direct competitors to managed clients.
Incremenza may update these terms with 60 days' notice. Continued participation after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
